OUR FLEET

The *9999 ambulances function as
mobile intensive care units

COVERAGE ZONE

Our coverage zone includes the whole HCMC metropolitan area
and is available 24/7 to all callers.

Ambulance response is available to all callers within HCMC. Subscribers experiencing a life-threatening emergency are covered for unlimited, free ambulance transportation and emergency medical care en route within the HCMC coverage zone (subject to terms and conditions). Non-subscribers and subscribers outside the coverage zone will be charged a fee for each callout.

Within the coverage zone, the ambulance dispatched for non-subscribers will be charged per usage for a day call (between the hours of 8 am to 7 pm) at VND 3,820,000 and for a night call (between the hours of 7 pm to 8 am) at VND 8,065,000. Ambulance costs do not include medications administered on board and apply if the trip falls within our coverage zone.

Pickups outside of the coverage zone in HCMC, whether for subscribers or non-subscribers, are classified as medical evacuations and are charged at our normal ambulance evacuation rates starting at VND 8,304,000.

Terms of Service: Emergency Ambulance Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Emergency Ambulance Service provided by Family Medical Practice. By using our Emergency Ambulance Service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Emergency Ambulance Service

Our Emergency Ambulance Service is designed to provide timely medical assistance and transportation to individuals experiencing medical emergencies. This service is available 24/7 and is staffed by trained medical professionals.

2. Eligibility

Our Emergency Ambulance Service is available to individuals who require emergency medical assistance within the coverage area of Family Medical Practice. You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services.

3. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide prompt and effective emergency medical assistance, there may be circumstances beyond our control that affect our ability to deliver services. These circumstances may include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, or other emergencies requiring prioritization of resources.

4. Fees and Charges

As a *9999 member, you enjoy the following benefits:  Unlimited emergency calls and ambulance dispatch services within Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) during the validity of your coverage plan.
 Subscription fee: VND 575,000 per person per year.
 All emergency response services provided by *9999 are covered by your subscription. Fees will only be charged for medical evacuation services outside of HCMC. Additionally, please note that the facility to which you are transported may charge additional fees for medical attention.

5. Consent to Treatment

By using our Emergency Ambulance Service, you consent to receive medical treatment as deemed necessary by our medical professionals. This may include but is not limited to emergency medical procedures, transportation to medical facilities, and administration of medication.

6. Liability

Family Medical Practice and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our Emergency Ambulance Service, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Medical Practice and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our Emergency Ambulance Service.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Emergency Ambulance Service after the posting of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
